I am so proud to work for a great company like Monarch Title. I just started my 13th year at Monarch Title, and I have gained a wealth of knowledge beyond my wildest expectations in my 12 years here.
I started out entering new orders, which then lead to searching, examination and commitment production, and then final policies. Once I had the title department processes under my belt, I obtained my notary and began assisting with the closings and closing paperwork.
With all that experience, I enjoy being able to answer any customer questions about any part of the title process. As a part of the real estate industry, we learn new things every day and continue to stay abreast with the latest updates that apply to our industry, so we can thoroughly help our customers with one of the biggest transactions of their lives.
Over the past few years, I have been growing the market by working as the Branch Manager for Monarch Title in Jefferson City.
Recently, I was promoted to Assistant Vice President at our corporate office in Columbia and I could not be more excited. I look forward to establishing an efficient workflow in all of our departments and offices so we can serve our customers more effectively.
