The CPA firm found Monarch Title to be in compliance with all material respects with the American Land Title Association, Industry Best Practices. Monarch Title is the first in Central Missouri to receive this certification and one of only a few in the entire State of Missouri. Monarch Title recognized 2 years ago that the Lenders, Realtors, and Customers would benefit by Monarch Title’s implementation of very specific policies and procedures, utilizing the ALTA guidelines, in regards to Licensing, Escrow Accounting Procedures, Privacy and Information Security, Settlement Procedures, Customer Complaints, Title Policy Production and Delivery, and proper Insurance coverage.
